Hired as a consultant by the SVP of Marketing, I was brought on to reimagine the marketing organization’s story and visual identity. Working with the internal creative & marketing team, I streamlined and delineated the complex pharma-focused advertising products into a simpler narrative and elevated their design and then executed it across a large library of presentation decks and one pagers. I also created an editorial style photo library for the team to use across all marketing decks and did internal training to introduce the new design system and marketing materials.

Results

Delivered over 20 pieces of collateral in 12 weeks
10M YOY growth in advertising sales and the site was acquired less than a year later
Acquisition the media property was acquired less than 12 months after the project

Marketing was using a different visual identity from the media property on which they were selling advertising-creating brand confusion. My approach was to utilize the existing media site brand assets (high quality photography, logo, brand colors and typography) to align marketing value-props better with their premium media site. Most critical was to create a consistent logo and visual system between the site and its marketing.
